How to Use CRE Pro™

A Real Estate Game-Changer — Built to Feel Like a Team Member

📱 OR 💻 First: Are You on a Phone or a Computer?

If you’re using a computer (laptop or desktop): You're all set. Keep reading.

If you’re on a smartphone or iPad:

👉 Make sure you have the ChatGPT app.
You can download it for free from your app store:

  • iPhone: Go to the App Store and search “ChatGPT”

  • Android: Go to Google Play and search “ChatGPT”

Once it’s downloaded, open the app and follow the steps below.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions to Access CRE Pro™

STEP 1: Open This Link in Your Browser or ChatGPT App

STEP 2: Sign In or Create an Account

You will see a screen that says “ChatGPT” with a login option.

If you already have an account:

  • Click “Log In” and enter your email + password

If you do NOT have an account:

  • Click “Sign Up”

  • It will ask for your name, email, and to create a password

  • It takes 2–3 minutes, and it’s free to use

STEP 3: You’re In — Say Hello

Once you’re logged in, you’ll land on the CRE Pro™ page.

You’ll see the CRE Pro logo™ and a text box at the bottom.

✅ In the box, type something simple like:

“Hi”
or
“What can you help me with?”

CRE Pro™ will reply with helpful options and suggestions.

STEP 4: Try a Simple Prompt

Now try something real and useful:

  • “Write a memo for a planned power outage”

  • “Create a severe weather inspection checklist”

  • “Help me onboard a new engineer”

  • “Give me a vendor evaluation form”

You’ll get instant results. You can edit, copy, or ask for a new version.

STEP 5: Save It for Later (So You Never Lose It)

📌 If you’re using a computer:

  • Click the ⭐ star near the top of the screen to save CRE Pro to your favorites

📲 If you’re using the app:

  • Tap the three dots (⋯) in the top-right

  • Tap “Save to Favorites”

Now it will always be in your ChatGPT menu under “Explore GPTs” or your Home tab.

💡 Extra Tips:

  • Ask one thing at a time

  • Be specific (e.g., “draft a vendor email” vs. “help with vendors”)

  • Don’t worry about saying the wrong thing — it won’t break!
